This News (Reporter Zhao Tongzeng, Correspondent Liu Hongtao)In Uganda, known as the "Pearl of Africa", Xinxiang Hongyang Oil Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has won a "large order" of 1.3 million yuan to tailor a set of edible butter production lines for the country."Saying it is a 'large order' does not refer to the contract amount!" On August 26th, Wang Min, the head of Hongyang Company, who had just returned from Uganda, told reporters in the National Xinxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone that this would have an 'extraordinary' significance for the entire Africa, attracting the attention and support of Uganda's key leaders. It is reported that butter extracted from the adipose tissue of cows is a major raw material for hot pot base, and can also be used in pastry processing, cosmetics production, and other fields. However, in Africa, where butter resources are abundant, butter was previously seen as a headache "garbage" due to the lack of processing equipment and technology."The manufacturing time for the equipment required for the production line is about 65 days, transportation takes over a month, and installation and commissioning also take about 60 days." Wang Min said that the project is expected to be officially put into operation in March next year.It is reported that the edible butter production line built in Uganda this time consists of more than 100 equipment. The enterprise adopts environmentally friendly vacuum negative pressure melting technology with independent intellectual property rights, which collects odors generated during the melting process in vacuum. All production processes are clean and environmentally friendly; Melting a can of butter only takes about an hour, which is 4 to 5 times more efficient than traditional processes. It can process 120 tons of animal fat per day, and the quality of finished oil and oil residue has also been greatly improved.Wang Min has calculated for the African people that the project will produce over 40000 tons of butter annually after operation, and the by-product oil residue is also a rare animal feed, which can provide many employment opportunities. At the same time, the project will digest "waste" to reduce pollution, promote industrial development, and generate huge environmental and social benefits. It is understood that Hongyang Company happens to be "10 years old" this year, and in terms of revenue, it will cross the threshold of medium-sized enterprises. Why can we take the lead in the supply of butter production equipment in Africa? Wang Min said that Hongyang Company focuses on technological innovation and has been rated as a provincial-level science and technology demonstration enterprise. It has established extensive technical cooperation relationships with multiple domestic universities and research institutes, and has obtained national patents for multiple products. With cutting-edge technology and excellent quality, it has become a "leader" in the field of domestic oil and fat processing equipment."As early as the establishment of the company, we had a close eye on the African market, with more than ten vegetable oil processing and production lines sold to African countries such as Nigeria, Cameroon, and Zambia, accumulating a good reputation in Africa. Wang Min said," The friendship between countries lies in the close relationship between the people. "China is a true friend of Africa, and as a private entrepreneur, he will cherish his image, do more good deeds to benefit the African people in the development of the enterprise, and contribute to building a bridge of friendship between China and Africa.".
